At Sweetwoods, we strive to provide the highest quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:
1. Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our custom items, refunds for custom orders will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We encourage customers to review and double-check all details and specifications provided during the ordering process to minimize the likelihood of any discrepancies.
2. Manufacturing Defects: If you receive your order with a manufacturing defects or damage that may have occurred prior to leaving our shop, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement. To initiate the refund process, please contact us via email within 5 business days of receiving the item, providing clear photographs and a detailed description of the issue. Keep in mind, Sweetwoods is not responsible for any damages that occur once items have been processed for shipment.
3. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders: If we mistakenly fulfill your order incorrectly or if it arrives incomplete, we will take full responsibility and promptly rectify the situation. We will either provide the missing or incorrect items or offer a full refund upon return of the incorrect or incomplete order.
4. Change of Mind: As our items are specially made to order, we do not generally offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference. However, if you have concerns or issues with your purchase, we encourage you to reach out to us via email. We will do our best to address any concerns and find a satisfactory resolution.
Please note that all refund requests must be made within 5 business days of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and return shipping costs may apply unless the refund is due to manufacturing defects or incorrect or incomplete orders.
